GLOUCESTERSHIRE HOG ROAST CATERING
At Hog Bros we provide a first class Gloucestershire hog roast for your
function whether it is a wedding, private party or corporate event. Our
pigs are sourced from a local farm in Leckhampton, Cheltenham, which
gives us great pride to utilise such a great local product farmed by a
lovely family run business so close to our home.
Along with our local Gloucestershire pigs, our rolls are made by a
local, family run bakery in Corse Lawn, offering customisability with
what bread you desire with your Gloucestershire hog roast from Hog Bros. Hogbros
can offer a huge range of different options, including multiple
stuffing flavours, incredible sauces and choice of cuts or whole and
half pigs depending on the size of your function.
Hog Bros started with two friends with a passion for good food and local ingredients, with a wealth of food industry knowledge and experience, Hog Bros now have the pleasure of providing quality, affordable local Hog roasts for the events industry and retail.
Received Josh's details through a friend, as I was throwing a charity event during a sports weekend at the clubhouse. They turned up and served in excess of 200 people throughout the 4 hour period, the food was amazing and they even offered a nut free stuffing to allow people with allergies to also enjoy the food. I thought they were so professional throughout our communication and during the event, will definitely be in contact for the future.
I wanted a hog roast for our wedding function at my house, consisting of 130 guests which was not a problem for Josh and the team. They were organised and on time, when they rolled up with the Pig in the cooker everyone's attention turned to them and wanted to see inside. Watching them carve and shred the pig was amazing, so tender the bones just pulled out! They were even kind enough to stay for an extra hour to allow us longer to enjoy the food and for more guests to arrive, which I was very grateful for. Will be using them again, and all of my friends and family were very happy with the food.
A family friend of mine had suggested Hogbros to me and I was so pleased with their work, we had a garden party for my daughters 18th and went with the serve yourself option which at first I was concerned about but Josh quickly calmed my nerves and showed me how simple it was going to be. They dropped off the cooked and prepared pork, shredded it and then left us with rolls and two flavours of stuffing which made it so easy as we just had to come up to the provided table and make our own baps. They then came and collected all what was left, took all of our rubbish and even left us a goodie bag of the leftover crackling! Great service, great lads and highly recommend them for any type of party.
